Rag & Rust Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Rag & Rust. We do our best to pack and ship every order carefully so your finds arrive safely.
Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2 business days after purchase.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During busy periods, live events, large drops, or high-volume order days, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another available carrier depending on the size, weight, destination, and best shipping option for the item.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or through your order confirmation page.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking after the label is created.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered, package size, package weight, shipping destination, and available carrier rates.
Multiple-item orders may be combined into one package when possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@ragandrust.com.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package appears lost, delayed, misdelivered, or marked delivered but not received, contact us at support@ragandrust.com.
We may ask for your order number, tracking number, shipping address confirmation, photos, or other information to help review the issue.
If the issue is covered under our buyer protection policy, we will work with you on a replacement, refund, partial refund, or other fair resolution.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the shipping box/package
Photos of the packing materials
A short description of the issue
Please keep the item, packaging, and packing materials until the issue is resolved.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is offered for certain items, pickup instructions will be provided after purchase. Items not picked up within the agreed timeframe may be cancelled or relisted unless other arrangements are made.
